The first restaurant of Al-Tazaj chain was established in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in 1990. The Al-Hijawi Company for Tourist Restaurants, the authorized agents of Al-Tazaj restaurants in Jordan, founded in 2003, currently operates 7 branches across Amman, Aqaba, and Zarqa. The meticulous planning of these establishments revolves around the preparation of young chickens, no more than three weeks old, meticulously processed in adherence to Islamic Sharia laws and stringent hygiene standards.
